and remind me where I should put it to save you time next time, and I
will update the file MIRRORS in CVS (or you can) to help with the
process.

I haven't generated a list of changes yet.  Some of them are quite broad
... we have LTD stats, and a few ANSIisms.  I decided not to go for 3.0
yet until LTD stats are tested out fully and the parser is written.
